Platform engineering and DevOps

We build and operate the platforms your product runs on.

Redmanh LLC is a platform engineering and DevOps practice offering bounded services to private sector teams and public sector subcontract opportunities. Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, release automation, cloud migration, and cost reduction, with client ownership at handoff.

Maryland limited liability company.

Production practice

We do not only advise on platforms. We build and support live products across privacy tooling, property operations, and commerce, so our recommendations have to meet operational reality rather than stop at a slide deck.

Delivery model

From source to a platform teams can run

A bounded delivery loop with ownership, evidence, and rollback at every stage.

Private document redaction in the browser

Challenge. Handling identity documents server side creates a data custody problem that most redaction tools solve with promises rather than architecture.

What we did. We built the processing path so the file never leaves the browser. There is no upload endpoint to breach, because the sensitive document never reaches infrastructure we control.

Turning a spreadsheet workflow into a product

Challenge. Small landlords lose real money to missed renewal windows and underpriced units, but enterprise property software is priced and scoped for portfolios a hundred times larger.

What we did. We shipped a focused product that surfaces underpriced units and renewal deadlines, built on the same Next.js and Vercel stack we use for platform work.

Platform support for Kaiser Labs LLC

Technical support for an affiliated Shopify storefront

Challenge. Hosted commerce still leaves technical work around DNS, analytics, tracking integrity, and the channel integrations that connect the storefront to advertising and marketplaces.

What we did. Redmanh has supported Cloudflare DNS, commerce analytics, tracking setup, and ecommerce integrations around the Shopify storefront.

Who we work with

Private sector and public sector

Private sector

Software companies, startups past initial traction, and small teams carrying more infrastructure than they have the staff to operate. Typical work is a platform buildout, a migration, a cost reduction pass, or an architecture assessment.

  • Engineering teams without a dedicated platform or SRE function
  • Products where infrastructure has outgrown the original setup
  • Teams inheriting a system whose original builder is gone

Public sector

Available to federal, state, and local organizations through subcontract, teaming, or commercial arrangements. Each opportunity is scoped to the technical work and the security and change-control requirements of that environment.

  • Subcontract and teaming arrangements
  • Modernization of existing government systems
  • Work performed inside the client's compliance boundary

How we work

Four commitments we hold to

01

Nothing moves without a rollback position

Every change we make to a running system has a defined way back. Before a migration step, a DNS cutover, or a pipeline change, we know exactly how to reverse it and we have verified that path. Reliability comes before elegance.

02

Your team owns the result

We do not build systems that only we can operate. Engagements end with documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure defined as code in your repositories under your accounts. If we walk away, nothing stops working.

03

You keep the keys

Cloud accounts, domains, repositories, and billing stay in your name. We work inside access scoped to the engagement, with least privilege, and that access is revoked at handoff. You should never need our permission to run your own platform.

04

Bounded scope, written down

Engagements have a defined scope, defined deliverables, and stated exclusions before work starts. We would rather turn down work that does not fit than sell an open ended retainer nobody can measure.

Tell us what you are running

Describe the platform, the problem, and the timeline. If the work is a fit we will say so and scope it. If it is not, we will tell you that too and point you somewhere better.
