What we collect

We collect only what you submit through our contact form: your name, work email address, organization, sector, the service you are asking about, optional details about your cloud provider, environment size and timeline, and the message you write. We also log the originating IP address of form submissions for abuse prevention.

We do not ask for and do not want credentials, API keys, access tokens, or sensitive personal information. Please do not send them.

How we use it

We use your submission solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and if an engagement follows, to communicate about that work. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list from a contact form submission.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs. Contact form messages are delivered through a transactional email provider acting on our behalf. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use cross site tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this notice and use a configuration that does not rely on advertising identifiers.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it, and for our ordinary business records thereafter. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing info@redmanh.com, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted to us. Contact us at info@redmanh.com. We respond to such requests within thirty days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We use reasonable access controls for the systems that hold client correspondence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive credentials through this form.

Children

This is a business to business website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
